Fasting is required for certain blood tests. Tests like Fasting Blood Sugar (FBS), Lipid Profile, and Liver Function Test (LFT) typically require 8–12 hours of overnight fasting. However, routine tests such as Complete Blood Count (CBC), Thyroid Panel (T3, T4, TSH), Vitamin D, and Vitamin B12 do not require fasting. Our clinical staff will guide you on fasting requirements specific to your test when you book.

Home blood sample collection at Adrija Polyclinic is available with no extra collection fee. For early morning collections (before 9 AM), please book a day in advance. For collections after 11 AM, same-day bookings are accepted. You can book by clicking the WhatsApp button on any test card on our website or by calling our clinic directly. Our trained phlebotomists will visit your home safely.

Most routine blood test reports from Adrija Polyclinic — including CBC, Blood Sugar, Thyroid Panel (T3, T4, TSH), and Lipid Profile — are delivered on the same day. Reports can be collected physically from our Beliaghata clinic, or sent digitally via WhatsApp or email. All diagnostic reports meet NABL quality standards and are accepted by hospitals, specialists, and clinics across Kolkata and West Bengal.

Walk-in consultations are welcome at Adrija Polyclinic during working hours (Mon–Sat: 8 AM–10 PM, Sun: 8 AM–12 PM). No prior appointment is necessary for a general consultation. However, for specialist doctors (Orthopedic, Neurologist, Gynecologist, etc.) we recommend calling ahead or messaging us on WhatsApp to confirm their OPD slot and avoid waiting time. You can directly visit any specialist without a general physician referral.

Yes. All blood test and diagnostic reports from Adrija Polyclinic are prepared following NABL (National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories) quality standards. Our laboratory follows strict quality control protocols ensuring accurate and consistent results. These reports are widely accepted by hospitals, specialist clinics, and healthcare providers across Kolkata and West Bengal.

Adrija Polyclinic accepts Cash, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), and Debit/Credit Cards. At present, direct cashless health insurance settlement is not available at our clinic. However, patients can collect detailed reports and bills to process reimbursements with their health insurance providers on their own.
